Leaving work without notice

Depends how long you've been there. Also (I think, willing to be corrected), if you receive pay and a payslip, you're under a statutory contract..

Under one year. And the working year is January to January so no conflict with holiday pay etc. Is it "statutory" to leave notice if you haven't read, signed or verbally committed to a bespoke contract?

Also, if the employer has sent a text calling you a Joke and that you don't know what stress, can you take this further in anyway :p

Why would you do this anyway? Always leave on good terms, its a reference if nothing else.

Bullying mainly and bad working conditions. (This is for a family members job, not me personally)
