Just activated my new sim only plan - £1.65 a month for 35GB data, ultd/ultd.

Unbelievable. And there I was thinking £7 a month from EE was a good deal!

Amazing, it shows how much it costs phone networks to provide this service - probably 5p a phone, absolute pittance!

And it's a 1 month rolling contract.

If anyone else wants it go to MSE website and get the deal via there.

It's £7.90/mth after month 9.

A good deal though if you remember to switch before the increase.

would they send a new sim contract at the same address / payment method ?

(I already have one I use purely as a data sim / voip , so phone # doesn't matter )

Yep.

I have 2 Lebara Sims, one for me and one for the wife, all ordered to same address/use my same payment card, can manage them both in the Lebara app, they make everything so easy.

It doesn't say anything about mobile network costs, it does about loss leaders/marketing strategy though. From a Lebara user who just paid his first full month (haven't been bothered to port yet).

It's good hopped on and off few times , but headache porting out and in when offer ends 7-8 months

I don't use much data currently on talk home for £3.15 and not worrying about when offer ends , it uses EE works where I had some black spots with Lebara which uses Vodafone

I've been doing the port in and out for a few years too. Coming up to the end of the last deal of £1 a month for 50GB which I probably only used a fraction of.. but it was nice to have!

was researching a new contract today - EE is still attractive as an in to getting a cheaper TNT sport deal of £20 versus £30 otherwise,
dilema is trying to minimise mobile+broadband+streaming and the compare sites are useless for that (may share the TNT sport)
