LED cpu fan

Hi all.

I'm struggling to find a green led cpu fan. I can find case fans ok.

I have an arctic cooler which I want to keep, I only want to change the fans if possible.

Can I use a case fan instead of a cpu fan?

It's some kind of arctic freezer, it's a tall one. cost about 25 quid.

RGB would be fine if I could keep it green.
