LED Description for K8N Neo!

after turning my pc yesterday it failed to boot, i checked the boot LED's on the back and it had number 1 Green, 2 Red, 3 Green, 4 Red, i checked the MSI troubleshooting web page to find that this meant the following...

Processor Initialization
- This will show information regarding the processor (like brand name, system bus, etc...)


which doesnt really help me cause from there the PC doesn't do nout, and screen is still black!?!?!?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

PC is still hanging and doesn't go the point of booting, still with the 4 LED's as originally stated in the above post.

is my CPU dead? had it for around 4-5 years!???

What's the full spec.
Try doing a CMOS reset, if that fails try removing some memory to eliminate other factors.
