LED fan power usage?

How much more power would a 120mm LED fan consume compared to a normal 120mm one?

Depending on the LEDs used probably 1-2 watts.

Those xigmatek ones that I was recommended to get

Edit: since you have those same fans do you think they will be noisy? Since I'll be having 3 of them at full speed 24/7

You can hear them at full speed, I prefer silence so mine run at about 1000rpm, stock is 1500rpm.

Have a look at Enermax Clusters, they are 1200rpm and should be quieter at 12v.
