I think (and hope!) you'll get 5 points back.
Enough for the league to admit they fell foul of not having a solid enough rule/law to cover this scenario and also enough points not to disturb the league standings.
If you get 2nd it's a disgrace. Politics interfering with such a beautiful game...
Put yourself in our place. We should have been celebrating a glorious return to the 2nd tier of English football weeks ago.Either way you can't argue that it's marred an otherwise very good season.
...but instead we will be this season instead.![]()
It's all about Saturday at the City Ground, not today at 5pm!

Then again, i think it would really be a 2 fingered salute to everyone in league one if leeds won the playoffs![]()
^^
Port Vale,Luton, and Bournemouth will not get any points back that have already been deducted. That is the price for going into administration.
They are hoping Leeds get points back, so they do not have the possibility of being punished further.
Which was the point I was making.
Its going to be an interesting day, and the outcome is going to have an affect on more than just Leeds and the other clubs in the hunt for automatic promotion.
I bet Port Vale, Luton and Bournemouth are all praying Leeds get their points back, especially Bournemouth who have been fighting tooth and nail the last few months to keep themselves up, and it could all be for nothing.
Roll on 5pm I say.
