So I put my jacket potato in yesterday for lunch and obviously forgot to eat it.
I go to make one today and find a cold potato in the tray.

Obviously I have already eaten this. I don't like waste!

But I was wondering.. Would you?

Edit. It is possible it's 2 days old. But unlikely.

2 days, no thanks. It's a single potato the world isn't going to end because you cooked something fresh instead.

If for sure it was 2 days I'd probably not eat it.. But I'm 80 percent sure it's 1 day.

Ah yes. Gf says the same.
If I'm busy I can forget to eat entirely for 1 or 2 meals.
So I put the potato in for 50 mins. That's plenty enough time to get distracted!

I don't get why people think air fryer is air tight though, that would make it a pressure cooker, so while probably no botulism, definitely bacteria on that 2 day tater that even Gollum would turn his nose up at

Slice it up, fry it in a pan with some oil until the edges are all crispy.

Bung a couple of fried eggs on top with runny yokes, bit of tomato ketchup.

Booooooooooooooooosh.

I had it with some cheese and some avocado!

Yep. I'd reheat it too. But I hate waste and have a fairly tough constitution so I doubt it'd do much harm.

Same. The only time I've been really ill is when I ate rice I thought was a day old. But I think it was more like a week. I was OK. But damn. That toilet suffered!
