Hello

Ive been playing Left for Dead on XBOX live. Ive noticed on some servers, players have exatcly the same name as each other but with a (1) at the end.
Why? Are they bots?

No it's a second person on the same console, they are playing split-screen.

I didnt know that? I thought it was like a clan name and they all changed their names to match except for the numbers at the end ha ha!

Yeah me and a friend did this once, works ok but can't really see much and the graphics were horrible, they could be this bad with only 1 person playing though as I play the pc version on max settings and never watched anyone play alone on 360
