I am thinking of buying this: Epiphone Les Paul Special 2 Lefthanded Guitar

As my first electric guitar. Im finding it hard to find Left-handed guitars and Im very uncertain about what to buy
Some recommend a Cheapo others an above average etc.
I think I would like to get a decent priced guitar €2-300.
I know a lot of people I could borrow amps from so I am willing to buy a quality amp after a few months which I think would be the best route but as I said I am unsure...
What do you guys suggest?
PS: As I live in the West of Ireland it is hard to get to a good music store
