Left the freezer door open

Left the freezer compartment door open in my fridge freezer and it froze all my food -

potato/egg salad
salmon/broccoli quiche
chicken noodle salad
strawberries
mixed fruit
whipped cream

-- reckon this stuff is safe to eat once thawed?

i mean its not like you can buy all of those things frozen....

they will be fine although the fruit might defost and be a bit soft.

you can freeze almost anything and its fine when defrosted.

even a lot of fridge bought items will tell you the cooking instructions from frozen aswell

If you look at food.gov website they have sections on home freezing and defrosting.

potato/egg salad - I guess not. e thtexture would be weird anyway.
salmon/broccoli quiche - reheat in oven
chicken noodle salad - reheat in microwave
strawberries - use them (as ice) to make cocktail while still frozen.
mixed fruit - eat while still frozen

whipped cream - yes
