Hi all.

After a good 10+ years with my trusty MS IntelliMouse my son has finally managed to kill it with Minecraft :D

My wife and I are lefties and my son also uses the mouse that way at home so my choices are somewhat limited. I'm not after a gaming mouse as such, just a decent general purpose one, preferably with a few extra programmable buttons for forward / back / double click etc.

I'm not bothered whether it's corded or not, just something reliable. I haven't got a budget as such, but below £50 would be preferable.

Recommendations please.

TBH, for general mice I'd just go up your local "well known PC chain-store" and find an ambi one that fit your hand the best.
For gaming, I'd look at the CMStorm Recon or perhaps the Roccat Kova[+]. Both good ambi mice there, although shopping around for prices is up to you!

Just my thoughts, though.

Some mods don't seem to know the rules themselves half the time, however the usage I've seen is that you can mention other places as long as it's not "Hey guise, that item you're planning on broughting from here, it's £20 cheaper at this place, so save yo' self some moenay".
