Leg Broke off G15 Keyboard

One off my legs on the back off my G15 Keyboard as broke off my keyboard. And I prefer when the keyboard is lifted off the surface so its abit annoying typing this.

Anyway would you think Logitech would send a replacement leg are maybe keyboard for this?

Give them a ring, Logitech support are good and from memory most of their keyboards have a 3 or 5 year warranty, at the minimum i suspect they'll send you a new foot/leg for the keyboard.

don't count on anything from logitech there support sucks.

one of my keys rubbed off A key on my orignal G15 i asked if i could "pay" yes pay for the one key to be sent to me they said:

" you will have to send the whole keyboard back to the distrubutor for any replacement part"

i replied saying i only want one key, they emailed back again, you will have to send the whole keyboard back for replacement.

i even offered money for the one key they would not budge.

in the end i, sold the keyboard for £40 and bought g15 tarantula. (keys do rub off but they will send replacements!
