I also need advice on whether or not this is correct...

It goes at the bottom of my film-making website.

"All graphics/ images produced on this website are copyright © Onetouch Studios 2006
Graphics feature images and symbols of the Callard & Bowser ® corporation."

Basically, I've produced all the images using photoshop and clips form our films, but I've also merged images of scanned sweet containers, so the image feature markings and text from another company.

I believe you would have to contact the above named companies and request that they allow usage of their images for your films.

Normally it would read "blah blah appears by permission of (the copyright holder)".

Bare in mind that, in order to be the true copyright holder of your work (assuming it's not all shoppery), is to obtain releases from any person or property owner (and, to some extent, the designer of any property).
