Legal question, Topic: Dog****

It's disgusting, dangerous (plenty of nasty infections can be carried around), and I'm certain that you'd be breaking the law somewhere along the line.

In short, grow up. I'm slightly astonished that someone aged above 12 would find this a remotely amusing proposition.

Just my opinion.
Mine as well.

Considering that it's illegal to swear on the telephone, then i'd say yes, it is illegal. Whether anyone would press charges would depend on your "friends" (I wouldn't send poo in the post to my friends)

Not sure that it could be contrived that you would apprehend that unlawful force was going to be applied to you. Which is what assault is.

That is the definition of law, but it does cover other things e.g. silence on a phone is assault but you couldn't say that the victim was anticipating immediate and unlawful personal violence.

If they really got that wound up about it and found a lawyer then it could very easily be turned into a “psychological assault” case, so yes, illegal AFAIK.

I would guess that unless it was sent in an approved container, with suitable markings it would probably fall under something along the lines of sending hazardous materials via the postal service.
