is this site legal?
now i know what we've thought so far, but reading more about it IS it really illegal?
i know the record companies are up in arms, but unlike Napster etc which were shut down, all they've managed to do is blackmail, sorry, put pressure on Visa+Mastercard to stop taking payments.

the way i see it this site is SO high profile if it genuinely was illegal it would've been closed by now...or have i just tempted fate? lol.

your thoughts please.

The site is in the text filter. I assume this is one that gets posted every so often in the Music forum. Its not allowed here and it is of very dubious legality. The ice is too thin for it to be allowed to be posted here.
