i've never really heard a bad word said about the lego series of games... but are they actually any good or are they just a bit of a laugh and seriously tongue in cheek?

never really given them a second look but the indie one looks kinda fun :p

Thought lego starwars was really good - worth a punt at least I would say. I have played them on PS3 and PSP and they are virtually identical too.

My gf hates Star Wars yet loves Lego Star Wars. They're good fun and obviously don't take themselves too seriously.

ok cool, 2 questions:

is indiana also co-op or is that just the star wars ones?

&

aren't the star wars graphics a bit pap if its just 2 ps2 games glued together?

When I played Indy at a "competitors" game show it was co op it's one of the best features of them tbh so I'd imagine they made sure they made the levels for co op play.

It was very good as well still has the classic lego star wars humour :D

I just wish the makers of the Lego Star Wars games would be given the Lord of the Rings franchise. I think the 2 together would be a monster game, but alas I dont see it ever happening :(

Lego Star Wars is one of the most fun games I've played in recent times in both single player and co-op.

Don't know if you PC is decent enough for gaming or not but there's a PC demo of the new India Jones lego game available for download here ---> http://www.lucasarts.com/games/legoindianajones/

should give you a taster so you know if you will like thegames or not.

Strangely Yes they are, Well Star wars was Ace anyway & i am old. I'd say it would be one of the best Co op game for a few young lads to get in to. Belly laughs a plenty that's for sure & fantastic game play.

Lego Star Wars is brilliant, my sister didnt even care for Star Wars before playing the game, now she loves the whole thing, its the co-op that make sit though

Wish they'd do a GTA/Simpsons Hit & Run style game but for Lego!

The only problem with the co-op is the screen not moving across when one person is too far back, many times I have tried to leap a gap only to hit the side of the screen and fall to my death because my GF is over the other side of the screen smelling flowers or whatever it is she does.

That happens so often when I'm playing with my little brother, usually involve me throwing a packet of penguin in his face to make him run along side me instead of "exploring around" the edge whilst I'm dodging fire or jumping ledges.

when im playing co-op i drop out of gameplay (Pause -> Drop Out) when theres some sort of tricky platforming section and let the other player do the section with the camera to themselves
