Are the lego games much fun now?
I played the original Lego Star Wars, but was bored witless and haven't gone for any since. I think my son (age nearly-6) would enjoy playing them with me, though, so feel I should look again.

Will be buying as long as they go back to the lego language they used in earlier games pre- lego LOTR, that just ruined the fun for me.

They are tedious and annoying on your own, but utterly brilliant Co Op. My GF and I have played through about 5 or 6 of them.
My complaint with them is they are getting far too "busy". We have played some Batman 3 and its almost impossible to tell whats going on or what your supposed to do, and there's a billion characters all with a million abilities. I kucb preferred the simpler games like Pirates of he Caribbean where key characters had one ability and you knew when you hit a puzzle that needed it exactly which characters to use.
