Lemmings Purchase Query

So i figured i'd buy Lemmings. So i login to the store and buy it and purchase the Lemmings file (124kb?). However it doesn't show up under games. Do i have to download the 300mb Starter Pack first?

Yes that's what I did. You then install the starter pack and the game is then listed.

The thing you pay for just unlocks the starter pack, that's why it's so small.
