Lenovo Dispatcher Service keeps crashing in reliability history.

Is this an issue? Lenovo Vantage works perfectly fine and I just noticed this on reliability history recently. Also, what is the Lenovo Dispatcher Service?

I have tried installing:
Lenovo Dispatcher-Basic Driver for Windows 11 (64-bit) - IdeaPad Slim 5 14, IdeaPad Slim 5 16
1.46 MB
2.0.0.1

Recommended
Details:
This package provides Lenovo Dispatcher-Basic Driver and is supported on IdeaPad Slim 5 14IRL8, IdeaPad Slim 5 16IRL8, IdeaPad Slim 5 14IAH8, IdeaPad Slim 5 16IAH8 and running the following Operating Systems: Windows 11 (64-bit)
Lenovo Dispatcher-Basic Driver

Was that okay to do? Is it the same driver? A CMD prompt opened and then closed and that was it.

Yeah I’ve had a few random crashes show up in reliability history too, and half the time it’s stuff that doesn’t seem to affect anything day-to-day. If Lenovo Vantage is running fine and you’re not seeing any performance issues, it might just be background stuff failing silently – which sounds worse than it is. The Dispatcher Service is (as far as I can tell) tied to device updates and possibly system diagnostics for Lenovo software. It’s not critical in most use cases but probably helps Vantage do its job in the background. As for reinstalling the driver – totally fair move. If your model’s listed, it should be the right one. That CMD window is normal, I think it's just how the installer runs scripts. Might be worth checking Lenovo Vantage > System Update again, just to be sure nothing else is pending. Otherwise, if it ain't breaking anything, I’d probably just let it be.

Thanks so much for your help!
