Lenovo Legion 7/5 - Slim "Always out of stock"

Hey all - Just wondering if anyone from the UK has been looking for one of these laptops and had any joy? Every time I tried to find the higher-spec models, they are always out of stock. The standard version is easy to obtain but the slim version seems to sell like hot cakes.

I have the 12700/3070 7 slim I picked up end of last year. I think they have had supply issues this year from what I have read.

Fantastic machine - that's likely the model I was hoping to pick up. Lenovo only has the basic 6600 option right now. Have you been happy with your purchase? The form factor really impressed me in comparison the the standard legion 7.

It’s been fantastic for me I’m really happy with it. It’s available from a few retailers if you search the model number 82TF0017UK but it has gone up a lot in price since I got mine probably due to shortages.

Thanks a lot, mate, that model number is very helpful. Think I might hang fire a little longer in hope that stocks replenish and the price adjusts itself. Didn't really want to pay more than £1500 if i can help it. What is USB-C charging like? As i will be using this travelling often, that big power brick that comes with the system is too big and bulky,

No idea mate not used the USB charging it does come with a more compact 230w power brick although it’s still not what I would consider small by any means.

I paid £1349 for mine last year but stock shortages seems to have pushed the price up loads. Hopefully it will come down again no idea if a new Slim 7 will be out this year either.

That's a great price. You did well there! I just found the model in Arogs of all places. They want £1800 lol https://www.argos.co.uk/product/9598496 I've heard the USB-C charging works decent but obviously affects performance which I'm fine with. I'll keep my eyes peeled. Not sure of anything that competes with this form factor and performance. It a great bit of kit
