I've recently bought a Lenovo Q180 nettop but yesterday decided to swap the 5400RPM hard drive for a 64GB Crucial M4 SSD!

The Windows 7 installation has gone fine, I managed to get all of the unit's drivers off the Lenovo website but when I've come to have a look at the graphics card in device manager and it's reporting it as an "AMD Radeon HD 6400 Series" whereas the machine actually has a HD7450 in it!?!?!

I downloaded the graphics drivers from AMD directly so I can't understand why it's giving me the wrong model???

Anyone have any ideas??

I've been back on the website I bought it from and it definitely says it's a HD7450!

Plus I can't imagine I wouldn't have checked when I first got it that it didn't have the right specs! (although I'm not 100% sure!)

I've done a bit of reading and the 7450 is apparently a rebranded 6400 so I guess that could explain it maybe???

The performance doesn't seem to be affected except in the menu in XBMC!?!?!? (although movies play perfectly!!!)

Anyone got any ideas??

As you said 7450 is literally a renamed 6400. Lenovo's modded version of the driver (from their support site) will show 7450, but it's better to use the AMD driver.
