Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 3 4 keys are not working

Hi,i get a pre owned one P1 Thinkpad and i realize 4 keys are not working (T,Y,backspace and first key right beside Enter key, what else i can try before sending it to a warranty,things i did to resolve the problem:

2 diff. Win instalations
Reset win
Disable all keyboard shortcuts
Disable on screen keyboard
Safe mode (they dont work under safe mode too)
Removed battery connector
Disable game mode
Uninstalling in device manager
The are not responding even when i start win installation and when i come to the step to choose win language i cant choose countries with that letters i have to navigate with arrows

any thoughts

It's broken, don't waste time on it, just send it back or get it repaired, whichever is your better option.

I guess.i just tried usb keyboard and all the keys are working normaly so yes i guess its broken
