So there's a nice deal on another site for the Lenovo Y34wz-30 Mini LED 34 165hz Ultrawide with a VA panel. It's down to £500 (it was overpriced at release)

I have an LG 34GK950F, which is an IPS with standard Free sync that I've had nearly 6 years, and I'm getting to itch to get something modern.

I fancy OLED but the burn in scares me. Mini LED suits me but VA panels give me cause for concern with motion clarity etc. Apparently it has a Samsung VA panel but I can't fully confirm that.

Has anyone tried this monitor?

For anyone interested, I ordered one from the river for £480. It came today.

It's going back tomorrow.

I was able to compare it side by side with my 34GK950F. It just plain looked worse. Washed out colours, HDR was ok but the low local dimming zone count was pretty apparent. It didn't really look any better than my LG in SDR. Bit of a shame but glad it hasn't cost me anything to try. Imagine paying the MSRP for it (£1200 or something).
