Lens cleaning

One of my lens after Goodwood has a small mark on the lens. Looks like water was dried on the lens but giving it a wipe doesn't shift it.

Any tips?

Shot blasting should do the trick. Failing that isopropyl alcohol or methanol on a soft cotton bud in little circles should take most things off. You did have a UV filter on there to protect it though?

Tried isopropyl alcohol with no joy :eek:

It doesn't effect the performance of the lens but annoys me!
