Lens compatibility

Hi guys,
My boyfriend has the following lens stored away and has never really used the thing. What cameras would this be compatible with? :

Soligor AF ZOOM 100-400mm MC F4.5-6.7

Thats all it says on the box :S

Minolta or Pentax as far as i can tell. Don't hold me to that though

Pretty sure that's Minolta.
