I'm taking some photos for a small wedding and need to pick an appropriate lens for the ceremony. It's a fairly small room, perhaps 7m long.
I only want to take one lens in with me as there's no time to swap. I have a choice of 50mm/F1.8, 17-40/F4, 24-85/F3.5-4.5, 70-200/F4.
I'm thinking the 50mm will do nicely given the likely low light levels, however, I wonder if I'll need something longer for close-ups.
Any thoughts or experience?
