Lenses from Hong Kong...

Right, in feb i'm going to Hong Kong with my g/f (where she's from originally) and therefore i obviously want to take advantage of the cheap lenses on offer.

Unfortunately due to forum rules, you can't mention any competitors, even in a different country, so you might want to edit your first post. I only know of a few HK based photography stores, but they are all internet based. Im sure someone in the know will come along shortly and drop you a trust email.

If you really think about it.. If you were even remotely considering buying from the UK you could see the point, but competition on the other side of the GLOBE. It's probably fine to talk about it, being as only .005% of people here will ever visit the destination, with an expressed view to purchase a camera lens.

overclockers dont sell lenses (as far as I know) so they arent really competitors. its kinda like going into clark shoes and asking for a good place to buy shirts locally.

OcUK do sell lenses and hence anyone else that sells them is classed as a competitor.
