Any of you been to this chain of restaurants in London?

I'm not the biggest fan of the whole wheat/gluten free trend that seems to be going around at the minute so that part of their menu doesn't really interest me specifically. What does interest me is that they seem to have a decent outlook with regards to the GI of their food which I think makes them a much healthier alternative to other places.

I visited the one in soho and the food was pretty damn nice, which always helps :p I wouldn't mind seeing a lot more of this sort of thing cropping up around the country on a larger scale.

Who else has been, and what did you think?

I haven't had much from there but I do rate the food. Some things are quote overpriced though- last thing I had was a chicken wrap for a fiver which was absolutely minute..

They only serve milk .... ok ok I'll leave

Not sure I follow  :p

And yeah it's not cheap - especially during the lunchtime if you're going for things like the wraps - but if you go in for an evening meal it can be pretty good value.

I quite like it. I like the fact that it's not burger and chips or sandwiches for lunch. Not sure what you mean about the wheat/gluten free thing though? It's always been like that and it's no different to any other food (e.g. their brownies), which is the trick up their sleeve.

The only chain that I've seen that's similar is Bill's. It's more of a cross between Jamie's and Leon.

I love them. And like you, I wish they'd break out of the City and start popping up in other locations around the country.

Favourite menu item? Meatballs, closely followed by their Chilli Con Carne.

Hm, can't say it particularly interests me. I have a few friends who have gluten alergies, but there's no reason for myself to opt out of eating it... It all looks a bit hippy-fied to me!
