Leopard upgrade Question

Hi There,

I've recently purchased Leopard for my MacBook running Tiger. I have a load of programs on there from college in which I can't reinstall easily.

Does the upgrade to Leopard remove or disturb any existing apps? Such as Adobe photoshop etc?
