Les mills doesn't load in MR

I bought a quest 3 hoping to be able to play body combat in mixed reality mode but whenever I turn it on I can't load any workouts it just says loading forever.

Anyone had this issue and managed to resolve it?

Try turning off wifi. It could be a server issue, but it should load into offline mode.

i couldnt see the MR option when i tried but run out of time today for further testing

The MR option is on the ring at your feet.

Is your Quest updated to the latest available firmware? Has the app been updated? Try deleting and re-installing.
