I’m aware the customer service area is private and you can only see your own posts. But OCUK have let me down for my order placed 22/12/17 for delivery 24/12/17. Paying the extra nearly £20 for the privilidge (the joy of working in retail myself so limited time off this time of year)

This is the second time I have used you guys and not had the date I paid a lot extra for met. This time specifically Sunday 24th due to working in retail and having only that day off.

This time I ordered my father a new case due to his pc being in bits on a motherboard box at the moment and him wanting a new open case. I called on the 22nd to confirm if I order can I get delivery this Sunday with it being Xmas eve and aware I will miss Saturday cut off... yes I was told. This was specifically at 17:28. I placed the order for his new case and paid the nearly £20 extra for Sunday delivery.....
All emails came through fine yet I just called dpd to see what time it’s coming.... they don’t have my parcel!!!!! Brilliant! So no Xmas present for my father now!!!! Thanks a bunch!!!!!!
Last time this happened I understood and all was fine. This time I’m fuming.
