Hey guys

Thinking of getting 3 monitors for eyeinfinity if i act now ill probably buy the BenQ G2420HDBL with the LED backlit screen!! and then get a 3d ready tv for console and probably hook up my pc to it too for big screen gaming!

But if i wait, i would probably get the viewsonic V3D241wm which is 120hz and LED backlit screen!! but the price would probably be too much for me to go 3 monitors (price unknown for the moment)!!

So what should i do wait and get the viewsonic or go for eyeinfinity and much later get a 3d ready TV!!

Main questions here is 120hz gaming on PC really worth it??

Look at it this way, if you need:

*quicker response so less ghosting
*3d gaming "ready" (need to buy 3-d glasses)

then get the 120hz, get one now...then add more when you got the money...seems you would have done that anyway with the tv.

If you don't need those features then get the BenQs now...
 
I would go to the cinema... watch Avatar and see if you think 3D is worth the wait. If so, then you have your answer (sure it is not gaming but the technology is similar).

Do you already know that you want 3D ?
 
I think i want 3D i mean the only way i see myself using 3D is watching movies! i think people's eyes would be detroyed if they spent 5-6 hours 3d gaming!

All i want to know is if 3D gaming is worth it because at the end of the day that is what 120Hz monitors are going to be used for!
