We have started sending a lot more stuff out via email (PDF) but obviously there is no logo etc on this and currently we are printing it out and scanning it in which cant be the easiest way.

Basically our logo spans the top of an A4 sheet but when I insert a picture into word it wont let me make it any bigger than the margins.

Ive also tried putting it in the header but still no joy.

Is there anyway to do what I want?

Cheers, Mark

Excellent thanks. Ive got another problem with the macro Im trying to use now but I think that will be better in its own thread!

Keep on going Mark M. You've already one got problem sorted, no point starting another thread seeing as you have a willing vict.....er assistant. ;)

You can also save the graphic file and use it as a watermark in word, I too had a similar problem and have been experimenting trying to get the best method of saving/creating letterheads for PDF use.
Saving the file and using it as a watermark seems to be the best method that I have come across so far - unless you guys know something better?

oh, do tell me, i like macros

Ok, I want to create a macro to insert the picture then change the formatting of it. The things I want to change are:

1) The wrapping style of the picture. I want it to be In front of text

2) The advanced layout picture position. Vertical alignment to be top and horizontal to be center.

3) Move object with text to be unticked

I can do all 3 of the above when I right click and go to format picture but when I try to record a macro the layout options are all greyed out
