Letting agencies...

Hey,

I'm looking to rent out my flat soon, but I won't be around to sort out all issues and problems that will undoubtedly come up. What letting agencies would you guys recommend? Or which ones should I avoid, haha!

My place is in Nottingham if that makes a difference...

I've rented lots of flats in/around Nottingham.

I can assure you, all letting agents are pretty awful!

Seriously, there's not one I can recommend, and I've heard plenty of horror stories for nearly all the big ones.

Haha, I'm sure they're all ********* to the tenants (in fact I know from experience!), but I want to know who's good to deal with from a landlord perspective!
