Are there different levels of MSDN membership with regards what you do and don't have access to?
We have an MSDN package at work - I wasn't actually involved in its purchase and the person who did buy it has since left.
It is still a live and valid membership and last week I logged in and collected the 32bit & 64bit ISO's for Vista.
We also use it a lot ofr the development tools, Visual Studio etc.
Whilst logged in yesterday I noticed that we didn't have access to Office 2007 or actually any applications.
It isn't a major issue as we also have a Technet Plus subscription so we've got more or less the final versions of Office 2007.
It's just we bought Software Assurance with our last large Office 2003 purchase so we can roll out Office 2007 to a vast majority of our users for free, however I'd like to let my team in IT start using the RTM Office 2007 so we can get a month or so head-start over the rest of the users.
Is there a lower end MSDN subscription that is giving me access to the development tools and OS's but won't give me access to applications or could it just be a general site and/or account fault?
I've dropped MSDN Help a line, but from past experience I know it can take them a day or so to get back.
