Levi's & Jeans

*snip text*

I have always bought cheaper jeans but want to get a pair of Levi's, always wanted a pair since i was a kid but could never afford them. If you like the more expensive jeans and you have the money then i dont see the problem.

I agree though some people just buy because of the price, friend in work spent £59 on a t-shirt, but sometimes its cool to own some decent brand of clothing. :D

@Reality|Bites

Think i will go into D2 as i noticed theirs a buy 1 pair get second 1/2 price, thanks for the reminder.

Hugo Boss jeans are a winner in my books: don't wear anything else.
I find Levi is better if you have a skinny build: they don't suit me AT all.

I remember buying levi jeans when they were for work and not a fashion accessory (1960s & 70s) ........ Yeah, I'm old.

Why people would pay silly money for ripped/distressed crap is just beyond me, but then again, I also find myself staring in disbelief at ****s who want to display their taste in underware by wearing jeans that fit under their arse cheeks.

Werther's anyone?

I only where levis when i wear jeans out and about, at work if i run out of the god awfulll cargo trousers they make us wear, any old junk denim will do.

lol

looking at the description people are obviously buying them for the label

i doubt anyone would pay that much for "levi's" in your terms so i highly doubt that is the case.

if people were to do that they might as well by another label which is more associated with high end fashion for the same price.

they are however a limited edition which is probably the biggest draw for them (aside from actually liking the jeans of course). i bet these jeans wont even be available in levi's stores.

people actually like clothes you know?

This thread makes me lol Jeans are Jeans no matter who makes them

I wouldn't be so quick to make comments like that.
I was in Selfridges the other day and i saw a pair or Jeans, they were by far the best feeling denim i've ever felt. Unfortunately they also had a price tag to match and i walked well, well away.

But to say they're all the same is baffling

Dude I've spent £10 on a pair of jeans they last they look good and they are comfortable I've also spent $100 on a pair of Jeans and the only real difference was that the $100 jeans had Levi's on the Label. I just Don't get why people will pay the £40-50 extra to advertise the designer hell they should be paying you!
