LF a IT support company in Leeds area

Really no idea where to start with this, we are looking for a support company based in the Leeds area to take on our 2nd tier and project based work.

We have two quotes already, my superiors keen to waste more of my valuable time want a further two.

Summary:
support 150 users
VCP qualified staff
Able to deal with first tier support / holiday cover.
Very established
Documentation, policies and procedures being a priority.

If anyone has any recommendation it would be greatly appreciated. Most companies on google are hogwash, kids who think they can do it all.

Try a place called Cardium, not sure if they do support stuff like that though but worth an email

Does it neccesarily have to be in the Leeds area? I know lots of IT Support companies in the Manchester area who can do you a quote for the spec's above.
