Like the look of the LG 27EA83-D but notice it's wide gamut. Is this a no no for general use? I've heard that apps that are not colour managed will look oversaturated and garish.

Anyone? Would this be a better option for me than the vp2770-led? There's only £50 difference in price.
I cannot comment on that specific monitor but I one of my monitors is Hazro HZ27WB?C (also a wide gamut one) and have not noticed any over saturation in any program so far.
In fact the saturation levels are just as they are on my other two monitors (a 24" IPS and 24" TN Dells, non wide gamut) and that is at default settings, no changes in NVidia Control Panel.
That LG looks like a nice monitor.

Really struggling to decide on which 27 inch 1440p monitor to go for. Seems to be bad points on most of them.
