One screen gaming is always better than 3 screen 'gaming'.
3 screens is a terrible, terrible experience. Once you actually get a game working properly it can be great (mostly racing games) but the amount of dicking around you have to do completely ruins it.
Even when games do work the HUD or menus are all over the place, so you have to install programs that don't work half of the time, or mess with .ini or settings files.

They literally work just by setting the res and that's it. Only exception to that would be cod black ops which needed a separate program but that worked fine. Never really bothered with any racing games so I've yet to experience any real messing with files.
