Guys,

My son has a 2070 super and was considering this as an upgrade to his ACER XB270H. Given these are now less than £350 is that a suitable purchase until GPU prices come down a little. He plays BF 2042, BF 5 and Call of Duty mainly.

2560x1440 is the golden middle/sweet spot resolution with good framerates easy to achieve in most games without super expensive graphics card.

And that's excellent monitor and will make that TN Acer look garbage.

i'm typing to you looking at one now. I love it. My biggest concern was pixel density on a 1440p screen being 32" but its absolutely fine. Go for it !

Yes great monitor, second only to OLED. I have both and the LG replaced a 34” widescreen TN panel that’s just sitting on the floor now.

Which would be better for FPS?

LG 32" 32GP850-B
LG 34" 34GN850

Is the choice just whether i prefer a curve? I have no idea if I would.
