LG 34UC88 or 34UM88?

Looking at these two screens.
Is the only difference that the C is curved and the M is a stndard flat panel?

Any particular good or bad points of one or the other?
Want it for general use and photo editing.

P.S. are there any monitors at all with glossy panels?

for consideration, there is a 3rd you need to throw into the mix;

34UC88 - curved as you say
34UM88 - flat with Thunderbolt2
34UM88C / 34UM88-C - same as above without TB2, so might be the one to consider?
