Ok so been looking for a new 32" with wifi for my bedroom, new bigger bedroom! Was looking at an LG with built in wifi at £259. However I have been offered a LG 42UB820V which will work out to £320 and some pennies. . . Now 42" is a tad big but for the extra £60 I am tempted. 4k and 1 hdmi 2.0 port, 900hz. Just thinking future use, ps4 maybe.

But is the set any good? Reviews seem good. Anyone on the ocuk forum got one?

Thats a pretty good price. I would go & see one working before deciding though. Just bear in mind that Netflix 4K is pretty much the only content out there right now (& I think that is Upscaled content at that) Ask for it to be demoed at 1080p & normal telly resolutions too, as that will may be the bulk of your viewing & you could end up being disappointed buying it then using it day to day afterwards.

For some reason the prices on both the units I am looking at went up a lot over night! The 32" jumped to £299 and I now can't get the 42" 4k unit for less than £369.

However I found out the 4k unit will not do 4k at 60hz even on hdmi 2. So thinking save the £70 and get a Chinese this weekend instead. . .

Off to see the 4k working later today. Friends are telling me the up-scaling on the unit is amazing.
