LG B6 OLED died. Richersounds warranty?

Hi All,
Our beloved LG 55 OLED had died, we've had it since November 2016. It won't show any picture but will still pass through sound to the AVR. I'm going to ring up Richersounds tomorrow. We paid £2000 for it, how will they handle this?

Do they give us £2000 to spend in in-store? Give us a 55 B9? Or the £1100 equivalent of credit as that's what the B9 cost.

We were actually looking to upgrade our TV when the 65 C10 comes down to about £2000. Ideally I don't really wanna end up with a 55 B9 as if I'm going to go with all the faff of remounting it to the wall I want it to be for a 65 not a 55.

I know the B9 is better than the B6 so I should stfu but it's the fact it's a upgrade I don't really want.
 
I assumed as it was an old model they wouldn't be able to repair it. A repair works, saves me losing my calibration. What kinda turn around is typical?
