I have a different set but I think it depends on the media 24hz, 50/60hz, specific camera pan or object pan (and the speed of the pans)

Faster pans is less obvious

Some people won’t be sensitive to it.

I’m not for panning judder, which is a characteristic of the quick response times of OLED with 24 Hz content, but I am for stutter (if you have non-matching frame rate with source/display)

My kodi boxes boxes switches output, some do not, I noticed difference between Kodi in Android to rebooting the box kodi in coreelec.

No they don't, my old B7 did the same thing and was very annoying, my G4 doesn't unless a static image is on screen for a particularly long time and it reacts far more quickly to any slight movement.

I changed a setting in the “service” settings ages ago on my CX, forget the names, in any case newer sets onwards I believe fixed it in a firmware update.
