LG cookie internet

Hey all, I have an LG cookie (kp500) on contract with virgin media, it doesn't have wifi but I have a pc with blue tooth and just wondering:
Is it possible to connect it via bluetooth or USB to the pc and get internet from the pc to the phone to surf the web on it?

Probably not, but why wouldn't you just use the PC?

Well really its my mams phone, and my pc XD
The bluetooth on the phone and pc would be a 10m range so she could use it around the house.
I'm hoping theres a way tho
