Hi

Could any owners please let me know how bad the anti-glare coating is on this monitor?

Any comments on the picture/build quality would also be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks for the replies so far.

My main concern is that text on a white/light background will look grainy due to the coating. My viewing distance will be about 2 feet if that helps anyone.

AOC are also launching some nice alternatives to this such as the i2367Fh. These should have a light matte surface similar to other AH-IPS panel monitors. It does cost a little more than the IPS234V though and I certainly understand the appeal of the latter. Maybe it would be easiest to order then use DSR if you have to - you may find the surface just fine.

I have ordered the IPS234V so I will soon see if I can notice anything.

I think the IPS234V does have an AH-IPS panel? I found a review below for it that said it has one. So maybe the anti-glare might be lighter.
