LG L1960TR 19" LG WIDESCREEN LCD MONITOR

Ive noticed Badass is about so i thought it time to ask a question :)

Does anyone who owns this monny have any thoughts/user experience ?

To me it doesnt look like its widescreen seems more like a normal 19", i can get this monitr for £150 brand new so i may well be buying it anyway would like some input though as its between that and an another LG 19" that looks more like a normal widescreen

This ones got a pretty good spec a 2 ms response time and 3000:1 contrast ratio which is pretty sweet for 150 squid i think

well that pic is certainly a 19" 5:4 aspect monitor, and it looks identical in appearance to the L1960TQ I tested recently in fact. Prad.de also list the 160TR as 1280 x 1024 res, so sounds like it's a 19" normal aspect screen. It's a TN Film panel, and looks like just an extension of that used in the 1960TQ and LG's "Fantasy Series" screens. My review of the 1960TQ is here which will hopefully help :)

Is 150 a good price for that you recon?

Oops one more question would i be able to stick a pair of normal stereo speakers next to this monitor on a desk? i mean would it be magnetically shielded?

Dont wanna bork it up :/

yeah thats a decent price, it's a nice looking screen too :)
