LG L227WT 22

I'm currently going to be getting the LG L227WT 22 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-054-LG
I was wondering I'm currently on a nvidia 8500 atm; was wondering if it would work with a 8500. I play game's like CS:S and was wondering if it would run smoothly etc? any dobuts? Furthermore would it be good for gaming?

If you are going to want to play at the full res of your new shiney monitor, and who wouldnt

then you'll be probably be wanting to look at graphics card upgrades soon, there are some cracking cards about at the moment and for good prices too

Im wanting to play at around 1600 x 1200 ;D and yeh was wanting a upgrade just cant afford it at the minute. Reckon it will run smooth at 1600 x 1200? and any idea what fps i'd get from that card. btw running a quad core q6600, 4gb Ram atm.

you'd be better off playing at 1680x1050

Not to sure on that particular game, maybe someone else will be along soon to chip in, but I would think that an upgrade would be needed sooner or later anyways just keep saving those coppers!
