LG LCD TV No Display

I wonder if anyone can help me with this, My parents have got a 32" LG LCD/TV not sure on the model its bout 3 months old, anyway for some reason it only plays sound and displays nothing!!! When you press the menu button nothing comes up its as if the screen is dead!!

Does this seem right that the screen is completely died?, when u switch it on the screen goes froma very dark black to a slightly lighter colour as if to display the picture but nothing happens.....

Any help or advice would be great, ive tried unplugging everything from it and nothing works...

Take it back to the shop.

yeah your best bet is to take it back it sound faulty, stupid question but have u cheked the cables are in and its on the right input, just a thought

Probably not faulty exactly, but sounds like the data cable has come out of the back of the LCD panel. Take it back.
