hi there, ive got the above monitor which has been fine from new, but of late,
when ever ive started a game or even on boot up into windows, i get the monitor switching on and off and a sound like your plugging in a usb device and then disconnecting it......it loops through this a few times and eventualy it starts to work.....sometimes the resoultion is wrong after this.....
ive had l4d2 crash on startup due to this......also ive noticed in the resolution properties, it changes from the known monitor to standard vga display.....
im using windows 7 64bit, vga cable, latest nvidia drivers.......
it seems to me like the graphics card and monitor are not talking to each other......ive swapped the vga card with another one with the same results....
i put my old monitor back on and thats fine.....
ive installed the driver for the monitor.....makes no difference......
anyone???
